The following terms (this “Policy“) are applicable to all BuildMan’s services, including but not limited to its hosting and maintenance services (the “Services”). Capitalized terms that are not defined within this Policy have the meanings ascribed in the Website Hosting Terms and Conditions and Maintenance Agreement between you and BuildMan.
You agree to pay BuildMan the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for the Services that you have subscribed to, whether such subscription was agreed to by your electronic acceptance or by executing a written proposal with BuildMan Marketing. Your method of payment will be charged at the rate specified in the proposal or the then-current rate specified on the BuildMan website, plus applicable taxes, on a pre-paid basis on the day you sign up for the Service. Your payment will cover your use of such Service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. All Service subscription fees are non-refundable.
Unless you notify BuildMan before the end of the applicable subscription period of your intention to cancel a Service, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize BuildMan to collect the annual or monthly subscription fee for such Service at the then-applicable rate using your credit card or other payment method we have on file for you. Your Services will not automatically renew if you cancel before your subscription renewal period begins.
You may cancel any Service at any time by phone:+918209015390 or by email:[email protected] BuildMan does not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds; therefore, your cancellation will become effective at the end of your then-current subscription period in which you provide BuildMan with notice of cancellation.
BuildMan may unilaterally amend the terms of this Policy as necessary to accommodate changes in technology, features or pricing of the Services. You hereby agree that BuildMan may notify you of such amended terms by posting the amendment on the BuildMan Website, with the revision date noted at the bottom of this Policy to indicate the effective date of the amendment. Your continued use of the Services after the revision date constitutes your agreement such amended terms.
